Where is Camp Bongo located this summer?

We will be moving around this summer in different locations. Our socials media will update accordingly. First location both May bank holidays is in Llangollen.

Can I bring my own food & drink?

Yes you can, however you can only consume these at your pitch. Only food or drink purchased onsite is permitted at the social area

How many tents/campervans can i have on my pitch?

One. Each pitch and each booking only permits one tent or campervan. For any further tents of campervans, you will have to book a separate pitch.

Can I bring a gazebo or an awning?

Yes you can, however these are not permitted for use as extra sleeping areas. Anyone found using this as a sleeping area with extra guests will be asked to pay for an additional pitch if available or be asked to leave with no refund given.

Do you accept day passes?

At the moment we do. day passes are £10 and can be purchased at reception on arrival, subject to availability.

Do you accept pets?

Yes we do, your furry friend is more than welcome. However they must be in a lead at all times on site. We have even had people bring cats, birds and ferrets, which was great fun.

Do you give refunds?

If your booking is 21 days before your stay then yes we will issue a refund. If your stay is 21 days or less to your date then no, we do not give refunds as per our terms and conditions.

Can i amend my booking?

To amend a booking please email us at info@campbongo.com and if your amendment is possible we will amend. However please note that in some circumstances amendments are not possible.

Can i bring a BBQ?

Yes you can. This must be off the ground completely, including disposable BBQ's,.

Do you rent out or allow fire pits?

Yes we do. However the use of fire pits is weather and safety dependent. We reserve the right to stop the use at any time. Fire pits must be out by midnight

What time does the live music finish?

11pm

Can i play my own music at my pitch?

Yes until 11pm. However music must be of a low volume. Be respectful of your camping neighbours and local area.

What time is quiet time?

Quiet time is midnight. By all means sit outside and enjoy the evening after then but with low voices. No music to be on after 11pm and firepits out by midnight..

What time is check-in?

Between 13:00 and 21:00

What time is check-out?

12:00 at the latest.

How do i book activities?

Get in touch with us at info@campbongo.com and we can advise. Otherwise look on our socials as we post links to our activities and information.

Do you accept children or teenagers?

No we are an adults only campsite and children are not allowed on site. We accept people who are 18 years and over only.

Do you have an elsan point?

No. We are a pop up campsite moving around meaning this is not possible. Please empty your toilet waste either at home or a local elsan point once you leave. Please do not empty your toilet into our toilets on site. We do not have the infrastructure to deal with this

Can i leave broken camping eqipment?

No. Please take all equipment away with you. We are a small business and don't have the capacity or storage for your unwanted items .

Do you open midweek?

No we open weekends only except during the Llangollen musical festival when we open Tuesday through to the following Monday 7th - 13th July. Our live music and activities are only on across the weekends

How many people can i fit on one pitch?

One pitch can fit up to 5 people max. If booking for more than 5 people please book another pitch.
