Returns Policy

At Camp Bongo, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
However, we understand that returns may be necessary. Please read our Returns Policy
carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning items.

Eligibility for Returns

1.  Timeframe:
   Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2.  Condition of Items:
   Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and labels
   attached.
   Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
   Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
3.  Exclusions:
   Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel are not eligible for return due
   to hygiene reasons.
   Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.

 

Return Process

1.  Requesting a Return:
   To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@campbongo.com
   with your order details and reason for return.
2. Approval: 
   Returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
3. Shipping: 
   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
   Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Camp Bongo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
   
   

Refunds

1. Refund Method:
   Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method.
   Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
2. Processing Time:
   Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned
   items.
   
   

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size or style is unavailable, a
refund or store credit will be offered instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We
will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
